The UK Health Data Research Alliance is a network of over 100 leading organisation united to accelerate progress in biomedicine, health and care by establishing best practices for responsible use of health-relevant data. It builds communities that develop and co-ordinate the adoption of standards, techniques, conventions, technologies, and designs that enable the use of health data in a trustworthy and ethical way for research and innovation at scale. This includes supporting the continued development of the Health Data Research Gateway, a portal for data discovery and access.

Over 50 members UK health Data Research Alliance have surfaced metadata and other resources on the Health Data Research Gateway. Becoming a member of the Alliance present opportunities to adopt national best practice and align with other UK data custodians. To find out more, click here.
