In support of this national response, this project is undertaking the following areas of work: • To track symptoms at a geographical level across North Central London to allow for better planning at a local level. • To understand the pattern of symptoms specific to our local level and how that might differ from the national picture. • To understand the spread of COVID-19 across North Central London by demographics and co-morbidity • To estimate public engagement and awareness of COVID-19 through use of the app and uptake of testing

Specifically this project aims to better understand the impact of COVID-19 in North Central London and to track symptoms at a geographical level for an early warning system. Anticipated outcomes of the project are a standalone piece of analysis summarising the data available thus far to examine the pattern of symptoms in NCL, impact of COVID-19 by demographics and co-morbidity and use of the app. We also expect that data may feed into a surveillance dashboard to inform an early warning system moving forward.
