In support of this national response, this project is undertaking the following areas of work. The symptom tracker data will be used in the predictive modelling of Covid-19 for the Armed Forces, with a particular focus on understanding the health care requirements generated.

Public benefit statement

Specifically this project aims to model the incident and cumulative Covid-19 numbers in the short and long term within the Armed Forces, the subsequent health care requirements and the picture of symptomatology to understand disease burden. Anticipated outcomes of the project are Predictive numbers for the following 6 months on which to base health care resource decisions
