to describe the health of the Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster populations using more granular and timely data than available from published sources
We require access to the De-Identified data to describe the health of the Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster populations using more granular and timely data than available from published sources We would like to be able to be able to deep-dive under the headline indicators to understand where and who are most affected by poor health and/or disparities in healthcare utilisation and outcomes The purpose of this request is to access data to enable more timely and detailed analysis of the Public Health outcomes and any disparities in the two boroughs. Using the GP events and LTC tables as well as the SUS data we will be able to describe trends in the local population and to be able to deep dive below the level of these trends to understand variation and/or disparities. With this information we can keep our stakeholders better informed of the health of the boroughs and where, required, evidence areas for intervention/ targeting We will use the data to show variation in Public Health Indicators, both routine, e.g. LTC prevalence and where we wish to understand more about the drivers e.g. screening uptake: Further examples, but not limited • Long-term condition prevalence • Health condition prevalence by ethnicity • Oral health • Screening • Mental health • 0-5 health
