Grenfell Population Health Monitoring

The data enable the Public Health Implementation Group (PHIG) that support the Grenfell recovery to understand trends in health and health service utilisation for the most affected parts of North Kensington. The data enable activity to be compared between Notting Dale ward, the wider North Kensington Areas and comparator geography, Queen’s Park. Analysis is undertaken quarterly, and findings reviewed with NHS colleagues. The health conditions monitored relate to those that could be exacerbated by exposure to the tragedy and therefore incidence and prevalence is monitored to identify any adverse trends. Should an adverse finding be made, local clinical review is undertaken to understand if there is a need to perform further research/ audit.
