Public benefit statement

NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (NWL ICB) have commissioned Transformation Partners in Health and Care (TPHC) to provide analytical support and insights to support the care of Babies, Children and Young People (BCYP). The request is focused on the identification of health inequalities experienced by BCYP with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Looked After Children (LAC). TPHC has been asked to support three objectives over the three months of support: 1. Filter in WSIC population health dashboards for Looked After Children 2. Filter in WSIC population health dashboards for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities 3. De-identified visualisation of health inequalities for Looked After Children and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
