The aim of this study is to provide a general overview of the treatment pathways for patients with cardiovascular disease and related conditions. This will provide clarity around what is currently happening in the healthcare system, while also providing opportunity to see which factors (e.g. type of treatment, inpatient attendance) most affect clinical outcomes. This will help to identify the optimal care pathways and areas for improvement which will directly benefit the quality of patient care and hopefully speed of care delivery.
