Clinical Phenotyping and Genotyping of HIV-Associated Sensory Neuropathy. This study contains pain related information reported by people living with HIV. It includes those with and without neuropathy and with and without neuropathic pain.
Documentation
HIV POGO is a cross sectional deep profiling study examining sensory profiles, cognitive function and patient reported outcome measures. 148 participants were recruited. It includes multiple measures including: • Patient reported pain outcome measures • Sites of pain • Psychophysical pain measures (quantitative sensory testing and conditioned pain modulation) • Objective cognitive function measures • Patient reported measures of mood, sleep, quality of life and function
